I received a damaged packaged, what can be done about this?
A minimum charge of USD$1.90 applies to all invoices and includes coverage for incidental loss or damage up to USD$50 per package. If you receive a damaged package, please notify our staff when collecting it and provide the seller’s invoice for the damaged item.
Additional insurance may be requested before the shipment is in transit to the destination port, and it offers up to 120% in coverage. To qualify for reimbursement, packages must be inspected in the presence of a BAC representative. TVs and other highly fragile items will need crating or extra packaging before they can be insured, and these requirements may result in additional charges.
